What You'll Need

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium zucchini, sliced (about 3 cups)
1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Florentine Spinach & Cheese Italian Sauce
8 ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) farfalle (bow tie) pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  (about 4 ounces)

How to Make It

    Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini and cook 5 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

    Stir the sauce and farfalle in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Stir in the cheese just before serving.
