What You'll Need

8 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
6 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Honey Wheat Bread, toasted
1/2 avocado, sliced
8 tomato slices
4 leaves leaves green leaf romaine lettuce
to taste Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 small cucumber, cut into 8 slices

How to Make It

  • 1

    Spread half the mayonnaise on 2 bread slices.  Layer with the avocado, 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf.  Spread 2 bread slices with the remaining mayonnaise.  Place, mayonnaise-side up, on the sandwiches.  Layer with the cucumber, remaining tomato slices and lettuce.  Top with the remaining bread slices.
