What You'll Need

1 large summer squash
1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Zesty Italian Croutons
3 ounces mushrooms, cut in quarters (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup jarred sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
3/4 cup walnuts halves
1/2 cup prepared Italian salad dressing

How to Make It

    Toss the squash, pepper, croutons, mushrooms, tomatoes, walnuts and dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
