What You'll Need

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1 cup milk
2 cups finely chopped cooked turkey
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, Original or Cheddar
6  10 inch or 7 inch corn tortillas
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)

How to Make It

    Heat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl. Stir the turkey, broccoli, 1/2 cup cheese and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions in a medium bowl. Stir in 3/4 cup of the soup mixture until well mixed.

    Divide the turkey mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Pour the remaining soup mixture down the center of the roll-ups. Cover the baking dish.

    Bake for 35 minutes or until the roll-ups are heated through. Top the center of the roll-ups with the tomato and the remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered, for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
