What You'll Need

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/3 cup water
3 pita breads (6-inch), cut in half, forming 2 pockets
2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)

How to Make It

    Shape the turkey into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) burgers.

    Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the burgers and cook until well browned on both sides.  Pour off any fat.

    Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the burgers are cooked through.

  • 4

    Divide the burgers and sauce among the pita halves.  Top with the onions and bean sprouts, if desired.
