What You'll Need

1/2 package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed
1 (8 ounce) Brie cheese round, rind removed, cut into 12 cubes
12 slices deli turkey breast
3/4 cup cranberry sauce

How to Make It

  • 1

    Heat the oven to 375°F.

  • 2

Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry into a 9 x12-inch rectangle. Cut the rectangle into 12 (3-inch) squares. Place the pastry squares on 2 baking sheets.

  • 3

Bake for 12 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown. Remove the pastries from the baking sheets and cool on a wire rack.

  • 4

Split the pastry squares into 2 layers each forming 24 pastries in all. Top each of 12 bottom pastries with 1 cheese cube and 1 rolled slice of turkey. Place the pastries on 2 clean baking sheets and bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  • 5

Top each baked pastry with 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce and the pastry top layers. Cut each pastry in half.
