What You'll Need

2 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cups sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Turkey Gravy or Campbell’s® Chicken Gravy
1 1/4 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1 package (10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Shells, prepared according to package directions

How to Make It

    Heat the butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, pepper, onion and garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir the gravy, turkey and pimiento in the saucepan and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Spoon the turkey mixture into the pastry shells.
