What You'll Need

1 1/2 cups cooked frozen California vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 cup instant white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 2 cups)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (about 6 ounces) tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese  (about 2 ounces)
1/2 cup heavy cream

How to Make It

  • 1

    Stir the vegetables, rice, soup, tuna, cheese and cream in a 3-quart saucepan and heat through over medium heat. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
