What You'll Need

1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
1 package (7.2 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Nantucket™ Crispy Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies (8 cookies)
Chocolate sprinkles

How to Make It

  • 1

    Spread about 1/2 cup ice cream onto each of 4 cookies.  Top with the remaining cookies.

    Dip the edges of the sandwiches into the sprinkles.  Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
