What You'll Need

1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 medium green onions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 can (about 19 ounces) Campbell's® Chunky™ Roadhouse - Beef & Bean Chili
1 can (about 4 ounces) diced green chiles
1 can (about 2 ounces) sliced black olives
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 Mission® soft taco size flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 2 ounces)
1 medium tomato, diced (about 1 cup)

How to Make It

    Stir the cottage cheese, sour cream and green onions in a medium bowl. In another medium bowl, stir the bean chili, chiles, olives and garlic powder.

    Lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Place 2 tortillas side-by-side on the prepared baking sheet. Spread each with 1/4 of the cottage cheese mixture. Spread 1/4 of the chili mixture on top of the cottage cheese mixture. Place another tortilla on top of the chili mixture and repeat, making 2 stacks.

    Bake the stacks at 350°F. for 25 minutes. Sprinkle each stack evenly with the cheese and tomato. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Cut each tortilla stack into quarters.
