What You'll Need

3 1/2 cups Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 stalk celery, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup frozen cheese-filled tortellini (about 2 ounces)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

How to Make It

    Stir the broth, pepper, carrot and celery in a 2-quart saucepan and heat to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the tortellini. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes or until the tortellini is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the parsley.
