What You'll Need

1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, about 1-inch thick
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (about 8 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small red bell pepper or green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)
1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions

How to Make It

    Brush each side of the steak with 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce. Reserve the remaining teriyaki sauce. Heat the oil in a grill pan or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 8 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once during cooking. Remove the steak from the pan and keep it warm.

    Add the mushrooms and peppers to the pan and cook until the peppers are tender-crisp. Stir in the reserved teriyaki sauce and 2/3 cup onions and heat through.

    Serve the sauce over the steak. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
