What You'll Need

2 pounds chicken parts
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Louisiana style hot pepper sauce (optional)
4 cups hot cooked white rice

How to Make It

    Place the chicken into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

    Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes. Stir the soup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and hot sauce, if desired, in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken and sauce with the rice.
