What You'll Need

8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Jewish Seedless Rye Bread, toasted
1/2 cup mayonnaise mixed with chopped fresh thyme or chives
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 large Vidalia onion or other sweet onion, sliced
1 pound deli lean deli style roast beef, sliced
1 dash ground black pepper

How to Make It

  • 1

    Spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices.  Divide the tomato, onion and beef among 4 bread slices.  Season with the black pepper.  Top with the remaining bread slices.
