Here you go...all the great flavor of Stromboli, without all the heavy bread.  These Stromboli are made with tortillas, and taste just as good as the traditional version!

What You'll Need

4 Mission® carb balance medium/soft taco flour tortillas
1/3 cup butter, softened
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
4 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced
4 ounces salami, thinly sliced
4 ounces capicola or hams, thinly sliced
1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, cut into strips
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup)
Prego® Marinara Italian Sauce, heated

How to Make It

    Heat the oven to 400° F.

    Lightly spread one side of each tortilla with one fourth of the softened butter and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Arrange one fourth of the provolone, salami, capicola and roasted peppers onto the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle each with one fourth of the mozzarella cheese. Roll the tortillas to enclose the filling. Place them seam-side down on a nonstick baking sheet. Brush the wraps with the remaining butter and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

    Bake for 15 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown.

    Slice each wrap in half on the diagonal. Serve with the marinara sauce for dipping.
