What You'll Need

1 package (about 10 ounces) frozen raspberries, thawed
1 1/2 pints (about 1 pound) strawberries, sliced
1 pint raspberry sorbet

How to Make It

  • 1

    Place the thawed raspberries in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until the raspberries are puréed.

    Strain the raspberry purée to remove the seeds.

  • 3

    Divide the strawberries evenly among 6 dessert bowls.

  • 4

    Place a scoop of sorbet on top of the berries in each bowl and spoon the raspberry purée over the sorbet.
