What You'll Need

4 cups Swanson® Vegetable Broth or Swanson® Vegetable Broth or Swanson® Certified Organic Vegetable Broth
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
3 ounces frozen or shelf-stable cheese-filled tortellini (about 3/4 cup)
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach leaves

How to Make It

    Heat the broth, garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper in a 3-quart saucepan over high heat to a boil.

    Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the tortellini. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the spinach. Cook for 5 minutes or until the tortellini is tender but still firm.
