What You'll Need

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (6 pork chops)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
6 cups Hot mashed potatoes

How to Make It

    Season the pork chops with paprika. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for 15 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides.

    Add the picante sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Serve with potatoes.

  • Tip: For grilled pork chops: Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the seasoned pork chops for 15 minutes, or until they're cooked through, turning once and brushing often with the picante sauce.
