What You'll Need

1  pound ground beef
1 package (about 1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
8  8- inch flour tortillas, warmed
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese  (about 4 ounces)

How to Make It

  • 1

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

  • 2

Stir the taco seasoning mix and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • 3

Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top each with about 2 tablespoons each picante sauce, lettuce and cheese. Fold the tortillas around the filling. Serve with additional picante sauce, if desired.
