What You'll Need

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 pound Polish sausage or kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 can (11 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Bean with Bacon Soup
1 soup can water
3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
2 medium green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
Sour cream
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh cilantro leaves

How to Make It

  • 1

    Heat the oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the kielbasa and cook until it's well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.

    Stir the soup, water, picante sauce and beans in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

    Stir in the onions. Garnish with sour cream, Cheddar cheese and cilantro, if desired.
