What You'll Need

4 cups V8 V-Fusion® Peach Mango Juice
1/2 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries or golden raisins
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to Make It

  • 1

    Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray. Stir the juice, rice and cranberries in the cooker.

    Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the rice is tender, stirring once during cooking.

  • 3

    Stir the cream into the cooker. Pour the rice mixture into a 2-quart serving bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the cinnamon before serving. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
