What You'll Need

1 3/4 cups Swanson® Vegetable Broth or Swanson® Certified Organic Vegetable Broth
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (about 15 ounces) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
1 can (about 15 ounces) white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup dried lentils
14 1/2 ounces (1 can) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 cup Chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make It

  • 1

    Stir the broth, chili powder, cumin, black beans, chickpeas, white kidney beans and lentils in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.

    Cover and and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours*.

  • 3

    Stir the tomatoes and green chiles in the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until the beans are tender. Sprinkle with the cilantro.
