What You'll Need

2 large red onions, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
2 pounds pork bratwurst, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each ) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1 can (12 ounces) beer
8 ounces fresh baby carrots
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 cups apples (about 2 medium, cored and cut into quarters)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

How to Make It

    Stir the onions, bratwurst, soup, beer, carrots, mustard and apples in a 6-quart slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the bratwurst is cooked through and the onions are tender. Serve the bratwurst and sauce with hot cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with the parsley, if desired.
