What You'll Need

2 large red onions, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
2 pounds bratwurst, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 can (12 ounces) beer
8 ounces fresh whole baby carrots
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 medium apples, cored and cut into quarters
Hot cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes
Chopped parsley (optional)

How to Make It

    Stir the onions, bratwurst, soup, beer, carrots, mustard and apples in a 6-quart slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the bratwurst is cooked through and the onions are tender. Serve the bratwurst and sauce with the noodles. Sprinkle with the parsley, if desired.
