1/2 pound boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (about 2 chops)
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 can (15.7 ounces) Campbell’s® Pork and Beans
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar

How to Make It

  • 1

Spray an 8-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the pork chops and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

  • 2

Remove the skillet from heat and spray with the cooking spray. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion and celery and cook until they're tender, stirring occasionally.

  • 3

Stir in the pork and beans and brown sugar and heat to a boil. Return the pork chops to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
