What You'll Need

1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
2 cups mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
1 medium onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1 cup Prego® Pizzeria Style Pizza Sauce
1 loaf (1 pound) frozen white bread dough, thawed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)

How to Make It

    Heat the oven to 400°F.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and onion and cook until they're tender. Add the broccoli and cook until the liquid is evaporated, stirring often. Stir in the sauce and set the mixture aside.

    Press the dough into 12 x 10-inch rectangle on a greased baking sheet. Pinch the edges to form a rim. Bake for 10 minutes or until it's lightly browned.

    Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the crust to the edge. Spread the sauce mixture over the cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden. Cut the pizza into 8 slices.
