What You'll Need

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound uncooked shrimp (31 to 40 count per pound), peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 packets Swanson® Flavor Boost™ Concentrated Seafood Broth
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 of a 1-pound package thin spaghetti, cooked and drained

How to Make It

  • 1

    Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.  Add the garlic and cook and stir for 4 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.

    Stir the concentrated broth, butter, lemon juice and parsley in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Add the spaghetti and toss to coat.
