What You'll Need

1 pound lean 85% lean ground turkey
2 cups cooked instant white rice
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
1 pouch (12 ounces) Campbell's® Classic Roasted Chicken Oven Sauce
4 medium red bell peppers, cut in half lengthwise and seeded
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

How to Make It

    Set the oven to 400˚F. Cook the turkey in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir in the rice, tomatoes and sauce.

    Place the pepper halves, cut-side up, into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Spoon about 1/2 cup turkey mixture into each pepper half, mounding the mixture in the center.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and the peppers are tender-crisp. Sprinkle with the cheese.
