What You'll Need

4 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups V8® 100% Vegetable Juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
8 ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) spaghetti, cooked and drained

How to Make It

    Stir the cornstarch, half the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper and vegetable juice in a medium bowl until the mixture is smooth.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.  Sprinkle the chicken with the remaining garlic powder.  Remove the chicken from the skillet.

    Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet.  Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Return the chicken to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Serve the chicken and sauce with the spaghetti.
