What You'll Need

2 cups broccoli florets
6 ounces mushrooms, sliced (about 2 cups)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves  (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 cup instant white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 3 cups prepared)

How to Make It

  • 1

    Spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute.  Add the broccoli and mushrooms and cook until the broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.  Remove the vegetables from the skillet.

    Remove the skillet from the heat. Spray the skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute.  Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.  Remove the chicken from the skillet.

    Stir the soup, milk, wine and mustard in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Return the vegetables and chicken to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Serve the chicken mixture with the rice.
