What You'll Need

1 1/2 pounds Italian cooked pulled pork sausage, sliced
1 large onion, diced (about 1 cup)
2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce or Prego® Tomato Basil & Garlic Italian Sauce
1 cup water
4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Country Style Stuffing
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 6 ounces)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

How to Make It

  • 1

    Cook the sausage in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirrng occasionally  Pour off any fat.

    Add the onion and cook for 4 minutes or until it's tender-crisp. Stir the Italian sauce and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.

    Add the stuffing to the skillet and mix lightly. Cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese onto the stuffing mixture and cook until the cheese is melted.

  • Recipe Note: If desired, sprinkle the cheeses on the stuffing mixture and broil until they're golden brown.
