What You'll Need

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 3/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa
2 cups regular long-grain white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 6 cups)

How to Make It

    Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides.

    Add the salsa to the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken and sauce with the rice.
