What You'll Need

8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce or Prego® Tomato Basil & Garlic Italian Sauce
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 package (about 3.5 ounces) sliced pepperoni (about 1 cup)
1 can (about 2.25 ounces) sliced pitted ripe olives
1 small green bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

How to Make It

    Place 2 tortillas on a greased baking sheet. Spread 1/4 cup sauce over each tortilla to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Top each with 1/4 cup cheese and 8 to 10 pepperoni slices. Repeat the layers twice.

    Top each with the remaining tortillas. Spread 1/4 cup sauce over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Top each stack with 1/4 cup cheese, half the olives and half the green pepper.

    Bake at 350°F. for 15 minutes or until the stacks are hot. Cool for 10 minutes. Cut each stack into 4 wedges.
