What You'll Need

6 fresh tilapia fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 1/2 cups Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa
6 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese or queso fresco cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

How to Make It

    Heat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 13x9 x2-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Place the fish into the baking dish.  Spoon 1/4 cup salsa onto each fish fillet. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with the cilantro, if desired.
