What You'll Need

3/4 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 cups cooked chicken strips
3 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup sour cream
6 flour tortillas, warmed
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 3 ounces)

How to Make It

    Stir the salsa, lime juice and chili powder in a large bowl. Add the chicken and lettuce and toss to coat.

    Spread 2 tablespoons sour cream on each tortilla to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Spoon about 3/4 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with the tomato and cheese. Fold the sides of the tortillas around the filling and then fold up the ends to enclose the filling. Cut each wrap in half before serving. Serve with additional salsa for dipping, if desired.
