What You'll Need

1 1/4 pounds salmon fillets, 3/4-inch thick
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 packets
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Country-style Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons water

How to Make It

    Season the fish with the black pepper.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish, skin-side up, and cook for 5 minutes or until browned on the bottom. Turn the fish over and cook for 5 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove the fish from the skillet, cover and keep warm.

    Stir the concentrated broth, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar and water in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add the concentrated broth mixture to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 1 minute or until the mixture is hot. Serve the glaze over the fish.
