What You'll Need

4 medium white potatoes, boiled or steamed, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 4 cups)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 jar (12 ounces) Campbell’s® Slow Roast Chicken Gravy

How to Make It

    Place the potatoes, oil, thyme and pepper in a 13 x 11-inch shallow baking pan and toss to coat.

    Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes. Turn the potatoes and bake for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and browned.

    Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until it's hot and serve over the potatoes.
