What You'll Need
1 pound boneless pork tenderloin
1 pouch (12 ounces) Campbell's® Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Oven Sauce
4 Pepperidge Farm® Potato Rolls
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple slices in juice, drained
Set the oven to 400˚F. Place the pork into a 11x8x2-inch baking dish. Pour the sauce over the pork.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove the pork to a cutting board and cut into 12 slices. Return the pork slices to the dish and turn to coat. Place 3 slices pork on each roll. Top each with 2 tablespoons sauce and 1 slice pineapple.
