Spicy Beef Quesadilla Recipe

What You'll Need

1/3 cup warmed slow-cooked shredded beef (made with Campbell's® Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce )*
1 flour tortilla (8-inch), warmed
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon canola oil

How to Make It

    Place the beef on half the tortilla and top with the cheese. Fold the tortilla in half over the filling.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Add the quesadilla and cook for 4 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides and the cheese is melted.

  • *To make the beef, you will need 1 pouch (12 ounces) Campbell's® Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce, 2 to 3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast and a 6-quart slow cooker. Cook time is about 7 hours on LOW.
  • Serving Suggestion: Serve with your favorite quesadilla accompaniments, like Pace® Chunky Salsa, diced tomato, diced red onion, sliced jalapeño peppers or sliced avocado.
