What You'll Need
1/3 cup warmed slow-cooked shredded beef (made with Campbell's® Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce )*
1 flour tortilla (8-inch), warmed
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon canola oil
Place the beef on half the tortilla and top with the cheese. Fold the tortilla in half over the filling.
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Add the quesadilla and cook for 4 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides and the cheese is melted.
