BBQ Pork Loaded Fries Recipe

What You'll Need

2 cups warmed slow- cooked pulled pork  (made with Campbell's® Southern BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce)*
1 package (28 ounces) frozen steak fries, prepared  according to package directions
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese  or Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)

How to Make It

    Set the oven to 450°F.  Drain any excess liquid from the pork.

    Arrange the fries in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.  Top with the pork and cheese.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until hot and the cheese is melted.  Sprinkle with the tomato and green onions before serving.
