What You'll Need
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 can (about 10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
9 ounces tortilla chips, crushed (about 3 cups crushed)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the beef, soups, tomatoes and tortilla chips in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling. Sprinkle with the cheese, if desired and microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
