What You'll Need

1 pounds boneless pork chop
17 1/2 jars (17.5 ounces) enchilada sauce
8 Pepperidge Farm® Sesame Topped Hamburger Buns

How to Make It

    Cook the pork chops in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides. Add the enchilada sauce. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 45 minutes or until the pork chops are fork-tender.

    Remove the pork chops from skillet and cool slightly. Pull the pork into shreds using two forks. Return the pork to the skillet and heat through.

    Serve the pork mixture on the buns. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and coleslaw, if desired.
