What You'll Need

3 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

How to Make It

    Stir the broth, carrot and celery in a 2-quart saucepan and heat to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
