What You'll Need

1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
1/4 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 pound (about 4 steaks) salmon steaks, 1-inch thick each

How to Make It

    Heat the broth, wine, dill and lemon slices in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat to a boil.

  • 2

    Place the salmon in the skillet and reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork. Discard the poaching liquid.
