Boneless pork tenderloin is baked in a sweet teriyaki oven sauce and sliced to make delicious sandwiches everyone will enjoy. Tender slices of the pork are served on potato rolls with pineapple slices and the sauce from the baking dish. It is a sweet and savory combination that is really quite tasty!

What You'll Need

1 pound boneless pork tenderloin
1 pouch (12 ounces) Campbell's® Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Oven Sauce
4 Pepperidge Farm® Potato Rolls
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple slices in juice, drained

How to Make It

    Set the oven to 400˚F. Place the pork into a 11x8x2-inch baking dish. Pour the sauce over the pork.

    Bake for 35 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove the pork to a cutting board and cut into 12 slices. Return the pork slices to the dish and turn to coat.  Place 3 slices pork on each roll. Top each with 2 tablespoons sauce and 1 slice pineapple.
