Seasoned pork ribs slow cook to perfection in a savory apple bourbon sauce resulting in melt-in-your-mouth ribs that are chock full of flavor. Best of all, you can quickly prepare them in the morning before work and come home to delicious ribs that are ready to serve.

What You'll Need

3 tablespoons barbecue dry spice rub and seasoning
3 1/2 pounds pork baby back ribs
1 pouch (12 ounces) Campbell's® Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Sauce

How to Make It

  • 1

    Rub the seasoning on the ribs. Cut the rack of ribs in half or into thirds to fit a 6-quart slow cooker. Place the ribs into the cooker. Pour the sauce over the ribs.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the pork is tender.

Serves

  • Slow-Cooked Dry-Rubbed Apple Bourbon Pork: Try 4 to 5 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast instead of the ribs. Cook as directed above. 4 to 5 pounds of boneless pork shoulder serves about 16.

  • Slow-Cooked Dry-Rubbed Apple Bourbon Chicken: Try skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or thighs instead of the ribs. 3 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken serves about 10. Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
