Here is a great game day recipe that is in a word...delicious! Savory, slow-cooked shredded beef combines with jarred salsa and cheese for a simple dip that is cheesy, meaty and oh so good. Grab the tortilla chips and dig into this hearty queso that's an absolute winner. You may want to double the recipe because it will be gone in a flash.

What You'll Need

1 package (16 ounces) pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Chunky Salsa
2 cups warmed slow-cooked shredded beef (made with Campbell's® Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce )*
20 ounces tortilla chips (about 1 family-size bag)

How to Make It

    Heat the cheese and salsa in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in the beef and cook for 3 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve with the tortilla chips for dipping.


  • *To make the beef, you will need 1 pouch (12 ounces) Campbell's® Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce, 2-to 3-pounds boneless beef chuck and a 6-quart slow cooker. Cook time is about 7 hours on LOW.
