Dijon-Glazed Pork Chops

This delectable, easy skillet dish features boneless pork chops sautéed in a creamy Dijon sauce that will have your taste buds begging for more!

What You'll Need

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 packets Swanson® Flavor Boost™ Concentrated Chicken Broth
1/4 cup light cream
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

How to Make It

    Season the pork with the garlic powder and black pepper. Stir the concentrated broth, light cream and mustard in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.

    Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides.

    Stir the concentrated broth mixture and parsley in the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
