What You'll Need

2 tablespoons olive oil
6 bone-in pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
2 medium green bell peppers, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 3 cups)
1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Flavored with Meat Italian Sauce
6 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained

How to Make It

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook until they're well browned on both sides. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.

    Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the peppers and onion and cook until they're tender-crisp.

    Stir the Italian sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chops to skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chops are cooked through. Serve with the noodles.
