What You'll Need

Vegetable cooking spray
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound)
1 1/3 cups uncooked instant white rice
1 cup orange juice
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Chicken with Rice Soup

How to Make It

  • 1

Spray a 10-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.

  • 2

Spray a 2-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Spread the rice in the bottom of the dish. Pour the orange juice over the rice and top with the chops. Pour the soup over the chops. Cover the dish.
