What You'll Need

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds)
6 ounces mushrooms (about 2 cups) sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce or Prego® Roasted Garlic & Herb Italian Sauce

How to Make It

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.

    Add the mushrooms and oregano and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Add the Italian sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Return the chops to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes or until the chops are cooked through.
